Your Responsibilities:
- Manage HR systems and operations projects from planning and prioritization through delivery and stakeholder communication.
- Lead the implementation of Workday functionality, modules, integrations, and enhancements.
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to define requirements, coordinate changes, support testing, and ensure successful implementation.
- Manage HR IT projects: plans, status updates, testing, process documentation, and training materials.
- Communicate and train HR teams, managers, and employees on relevant systems and processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for HR in Artificial Intelligence adoption, automation, digitization, and process simplification to improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and user experience.
- Deliver process, system, automation, and operational improvements.
- Provide HR systems, Workday, and process improvement expertise for special projects.
- Maintain, administer, and continuously improve HR systems, primarily Workday.
- Ensure stable, reliable HR systems that effectively support business and HR needs.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, security, GDPR compliance, and internal controls.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to standardize and optimize operational processes.
- Foster continuous improvement, accountability, service orientation, and operational excellence.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Workday training certification in HCM and further HR modules (e.g. compensation, reporting and analytics, talent, Adaptive, Peakon, etc)
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- 6-8 years of experience in HR systems, including substantial hands-on experience with Workday.
- Hands-on Workday experience across system configuration and maintenance, data management, reporting, security, business processes, and issue resolution.
- Proven experience leading HR systems, process improvement, implementation, or operational excellence projects.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead HR systems and operations projects from planning and prioritization through execution, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, automation, and digital solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accurate, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize a high-volume workload.
- Strong customer service orientation with a high level of responsiveness.
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with sensitivity and discretion.
- Strong communication skills in an international environment.
